Aoife graduated from Technological University of the Shannon in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying. She has worked with Tom McNamara & Partners since 2023 and has gained experience across residential, commercial and education projects.

Aoife is involved in the cost management of projects from early-stage cost planning and procurement through to construction-stage financial management. She continues to develop her technical and commercial experience across a diverse project portfolio and is progressing towards Chartered Surveyor status.
