Senior Project Manager

Barry is a Registered Architect and Senior Project Manager with over 12 years’ experience in the design and delivery of educational, healthcare, residential, commercial, workplace and fit-out projects. He has extensive experience across both the public and private sectors, managing projects from concept, planning through tender, construction and completion.

Barry combines strong architectural design and technical expertise with project coordination, contract administration and on-site delivery experience. His expertise includes multidisciplinary design-team management, statutory compliance, client and stakeholder engagement, workplace strategy, fit-out design, and the roles of PSDP and Assigned Certifier.

Barry holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Limerick and a Professional Diploma in Architecture from University College Dublin. He has been a Member of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland since 2020.
