Brian is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor based in our Sligo office. He graduated with an honours degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology in 2021 and joined Tom McNamara & Partners that year. He became a Chartered Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland in July 2026.

Since joining the practice, Brian has gained broad experience across residential, commercial, conservation and restoration, public-sector and education projects throughout Ireland. He is involved in all stages of project delivery, including cost planning, procurement, tender assessment, contract administration and construction-stage cost management.

Brian combines strong technical and commercial skills with a practical, collaborative approach, supporting clients and project teams in achieving cost certainty, value for money and successful project outcomes.
