Brian graduated from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics. He joined Tom McNamara & Partners in 2023 and has since worked across a diverse range of residential, commercial, conservation and restoration, public-sector and education projects throughout Ireland.

Brian brings experience from both client-side and contractor-side Quantity Surveying roles, giving him a strong understanding of project cost management from differing commercial perspectives. His experience includes measurement, cost planning, procurement, tendering, contract administration and construction-stage cost control.
