Cormac graduated from Technological University of the Shannon in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying. He has worked with Tom McNamara & Partners since 2022 and has developed experience across a broad range of residential, commercial and education projects.

Cormac is involved in project cost management across both pre- and post-contract stages, including measurement, cost planning, tender documentation and construction-stage financial management. He is continuing his professional development and is progressing towards Chartered Surveyor status.
