David is a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with over a decade of expertise in cost management, procurement, and contract administration. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology (now ATU Galway), graduating in 2014.


Throughout his career, David has successfully delivered complex projects across a wide variety of sectors, including data centres, logistics, retail, hospitality, commercial offices, education, heritage conservation, social housing, and public infrastructure.
