Senior Project Manager

Denise is a Chartered and Registered Building Surveyor and Senior Project Manager with over 25 years’ experience in commercial building surveying and project management. She has extensive experience leading complex refurbishment, workplace fit-out, retrofit, building energy/decarbonisation upgrades and regulatory compliance projects from inception through to completion.

Denise combines strong technical expertise with multidisciplinary team leadership, client representation and project delivery experience. Her specialist project expertise includes managing energy upgrades/retrofits & refurbishments of existing building stock within occupied and operational buildings. Her building surveying specialism includes technical due diligence inspections of asset portfolios, and in the area of landlord/tenant and lease matters, managing dilapidations strategies on behalf of commercial & asset management clients. As a Registered Building Surveyor, Denise also provides Assigned Certifier services and statutory compliance advice. 

Denise holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and is a Professional Member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2007. She has been included on the statutory Register of Building Surveyors since 2016 and also holds Asbestos P402 Surveyor accreditation.
