Project Surveyor

Dylan graduated from Atlantic Technological University Galway in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics. He has worked with Tom McNamara & Partners since 2022 and has gained experience across a range of residential, commercial and education projects.

Dylan supports the delivery of projects across pre- and post-contract stages, with experience in measurement, cost planning, procurement, tender assessment and construction-stage cost management. He is continuing to develop his professional expertise and is progressing towards Chartered Surveyor status.
