Gobinath joined Tom McNamara & Partners in 2023 and has a wide range of experience in commercial management and contract administration of construction projects. 



He has extensive experience with public and private clients across various sectors, including high-rise to low-rise residential, hotels, fit-out, infrastructure, leisure, education, retail and healthcare in the Middle East and Ireland. 

Gobinath has been vital in delivering numerous significant projects throughout the Middle East and Ireland. His comprehensive expertise spans both pre-contract and post-contract phases across various development stages.

Gobinath graduated with an honours degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Moratuwa (Sri Lanka) in 2013 and is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS)
