Kevin graduated from Technological University of the Shannon in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying. He has worked with Tom McNamara & Partners since 2022 and has gained experience across a range of residential, commercial and education projects.

Kevin is involved in the cost management and delivery of projects at various stages, developing experience in measurement, cost planning, tender documentation and construction-stage cost control. He is continuing to develop his professional experience and is progressing towards Chartered Surveyor status.
