Project Surveyor

Shane graduated from Technological University of the Shannon in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying. He has worked with Tom McNamara & Partners since 2022 and has gained experience across residential, commercial and education projects.

As part of his role, Shane supports the delivery of projects from pre-contract cost planning and tendering through to construction-stage cost management and final account. He is continuing to build his technical and commercial experience and is progressing towards Chartered Surveyor status.
