Shaun Cunningham joined Tom McNamara and Partners in 2019 and is currently based in the firm’s Sligo office. He has extensive cost management experience across a wide range of sectors, including residential, educational, commercial, restoration, and public sector projects.

Shaun holds an honours degree in Construction Economics and Quantity Surveying from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology. He became a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 2025 and is a Member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (MSCSI).
